Curriculum vitae

Janeice’s primary focus in the Department is to provide management support for the Head of Department and is involved in the Department Promotional activities. She is also on the Teaching and Research Committees and being the first point of contact and support for Postgraduate students. Janeice also coordinates the Research Seminar programme and Keynote lecture series.

Janeice is actively involved in the planning and engaging with visiting Design Academics being hosted by the Department, and assists with funding applications, itineraries and travel arrangements for staff to attend conferences and visitors to Dunedin.

Janeice came to the Department in 2002 having been employed in various rolls in the creative sector, working as a coordinator for the Artist at Work programme, and Personal Assistant to the School of Art. Janeice has also managed and coordinated volunteer programmes, and a number of public events and large functions.
